Sven (and Jack)
Riding mountain bikes since the late 1980s, and competing in XCs in the late 2000s and early 2010s, Sven rekindled is love of riding 3 years ago after putting his bike down for over 10 years.Â

When not riding, building, restoring or fixing bikes, Sven will be out in nature camping and hiking - He is currently on a mission to visit all National Parks in the UK with his family. He is also a bit of a secrete computer nerd...Â

Sven has had a varied career, starting with 10 years in the ambulance service in London and Hampshire before shifting to sustainable agricultural management, consultancy, and training. He holds a BSc in Health Sciences and MSc in Environmental Management.Â

Back from his competing days, Sven also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Instruction, including a Level 3 Award in Sports Conditioning, and achieved a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy.
All about us:
Matt is the dad of two awesome girls. After university where he studied geology and volcanology (which he picked because they had the best field trips, including doing a research trip to Ladakh in India, and Mount Etna in Italy), Matt entered and continued a long career in primary school teaching. Most recently he has worked as a project manager for the Rivers' Trust.Â

Matt is a keen mountain biker, but is also a road cyclist and runner. When he gets the time he enjoys all outdoor activities such as kayaking, climbing, skiing, etc. Matt and Sven play badminton once a week, but who can say who the better player is...
